Who can access services from HCS?

Have a plan under the NDIS that includes services provided by HCS.

Be between the ages of 7 and 65 years old.

Have funds available in your plan to pay for services.

Be wanting and willing to receive supports.

What is support work?

Support workers work with participants to support them in achieving goals

They support participants to access the community and get involved socially

Support workers can assist with self care activities

How can I pay for supports?

Participants with an NDIS plan that is Self Managed or Plan managed can pay for supports.

HCS will send invoices to your nominated plan manager or self managers email address and they'll do the rest!

I want to engage services with HCS, what do I do?

Get in contact with our friendly team and we can discuss how we can support you!

We will discuss your support needs and how we could assist, if you have a support coordinator, we can also liaise with them regarding your budgets and limitations.

HCS will organise the formalities, create a service agreement for signing - and you're all set!
